The Human Capital theme for the 2022 calendar year was #2020DO, a year of taking action. The Social Executive office implemented a new Employee Assistance Programme, bi-annual Wellness Days, and Sky-riser initiatives these initiatives collectively; improved overall employee engagement, developed and retained a diverse workforce through a focused recruitment approach, and most importantly, Attacq hosted its first Attacq Day in 2022 for employees of the company.
